Pioneer Cellular Coverage Pioneer Wireless is part of the Pioneer Telephone
Cooperative of western Oklahoma. They are
licensed as "Cellular Network Partnership"
with 850 MHz Cellular coverage in the northwest
part of the state, and 1900 MHz (PCS) coverage
in southwest Oklahoma and south central Kansas.
