5G Wireless Coverage
With our tongue firmly planted in cheek, we present to you the first national 5G cellular coverage map. Under current proposals, most 5G wireless coverage will be a mostly local, "fixed wireless" offering with little opportunity, or need, to show this kind of coverage on a broad-based map. However, some carriers have proposed 5G mobile coverage across a large portion of their network. If any carrier begins to offer widespread 5G coverage, we will show it here. Maps shown below are preliminary and can't be considered comprehensive. In the meantime, other methods are now being used to increase data bandwidth as much as 4 times higher than typical LTE coverage.
