Straight Talk GSM Coverage
"Bring Your Own Phone" plans allow you to use a phone locked to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, or an Unlocked GSM phone. Coverage will be based on the network you specify at setup. GSM BYOP allows roaming on multiple US wireless networks. Straight Talk also allows some Sprint phones on the "BYOP" plans, coverage for those plans may be either the Sprint network-only, or other CDMA networks.


Coverage for Straight Talk - Branded "4G - LTE" Phones:
If you purchase a "4G-LTE" device from Straight Talk, this should be your coverage. If you Bring Your Own 4G-LTE Device your coverage will use one of the "BYOP" maps shown above.

Coverage for Older "Straight Talk" - Branded Phones
Older Straight Talk phones used seperate, individual networks, as noted on the box.

Straight Talk Coverage-Older Networks
Network-A phones are based on the AT&T GSM network, but can roam on other networks.
Network-T phones are based on the T-Mobile GSM network, but can roam on other networks.
Network-V phones are limited to the Verizon Wireless CDMA network, no off-network roaming.
Network-S phones are limited to the Sprint CDMA network, no off-network roaming.
